Welcome to the Cape Meatlocker community. By accessing our artisanal platform and subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before commencing your journey.
Subscription Protocol
Cape Meatlocker is a recurring membership service. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen frequency (4 or 8 weeks). You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard.
Plan Modifications
Changes to your membership (including plan upgrades, address changes, or cancellations) must be processed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Modifications made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.
Product Representation
Our proteins are hand-carved by artisanal butchers. Due to the nature of heritage genetics and individual livestock, slight variations in marbling, thickness, and color are expected. Photos on our website are representative of the quality and type of cut you will receive, but individual portions may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Cape Meatlocker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the consumption of our products, provided they have been handled according to food safety guidelines upon delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cape Meatlocker is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
